I had some issues with a Fridge I purchased. Joe the owner called me personally and took care of the issue. The business is only as good as it's owner and Joe is awesome. I would recommend.

Amazing service! I was so confused on brands and had been contemplating on 3 different brand new refrigerators between two stores . .It really came down to price for me This was a surprise Xmas gift for my Grandma in Astoria so I wanted a good deal :) . Joe, the owner took his time to explain in detail which brand was best! Thank you! She loves it!

I needed to replace my fridge and stove. I was looking for something that could match, something cheap, and in good quality. A friend of mine recommended this place and I was impressed to see all the variety of options. I found a used white fridge and a used white gas range. They were very helpful and they helped me with the accessories as well. I will go back for other future used appliances I may need. It was so worth the trip!

About a month ago I purchased a scratch and dent high-end range and refrigerator from Red's Appliance, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Despite the minor cosmetic imperfections, both appliances work flawlessly. The savings I got on these models were well worth it. The staff at Reds's appliance was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me towards the best options for my needs. I totally recommend this place.

I purchased a washing machine from reds about a month ago and still going strong. I needed a odd size and they had 2 in stock. Prices are very reasonable and pretty good quality appliances. I'm going to need a fridge soon and I know exactly where to go.

I bought a used stove for a rental property. The price was great, no pressure from anyone in the store. You walk around, pick your appliance. Simple. The delivery driver was fantastic.

Last week I had a service done on my washer and dryer by reds’s appliance, and I am extremely grateful for the expertise and knowledge of Jesus, the technician who assisted me. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliances and efficiently resolved the problem. His proffesionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the Time to explain what went wrong and provided valuable tips for proper maintenance. I def recommend this store for service repairs.they only charged $99 for the service fee and very cheap for parts and labor. It was worth every cent spent. Thank you!!

The best in used scratch and dent and new! Joe, Amanda, Ana, and Giovanna are the best at what they do. Over the past 2 years I have purchased at least 40 or more appliances from them. Used or not they always stand behind what they sell. Price, customer service and a helpfully tone...... What else could you ask for?
