The worst microwave that I have ever used.

This microwave was bought less than three years ago and is hardly use in the household as there was another one. The usage was like once or twice a week. Since I purchased the kitchen sets of LG products I thought that the microwave will have the LG 10 years warrant too but that was not the case. Every electrical components work but it was not heating as it should be. When I contacted LG I was told that there is no repair person for their products in my area. I am still looking for someone to come and tell me what wrong with this product and the responses has not been good - it will cost less to purchase a new microwave than to repair it.

Problem in the 1st week

The first time we use the oven was to cook wings using the air fryer. The glass in the oven door that is supposed to be sealed allowed grease get in between the glass panels and cant view the inside clearly anymore... We had to call service and parts are on order..tbd as to a fix yet

Unfortunately the unit couldnt be fixed by LG service after 3 attempts and left with a dead unit Waiting for LG to issue a refund Overall have many LG products in the home this one though hasnt lived up to the LG brand name. Excellent product with great features

Purchased this for the home remodel when we purchased the new stove to keep the look the same. We replaced a worn product that was in the house since it was built and I couldnt be happier with the decision. This microware is significantly smarter than my old product - the automated features work so much better than expected. I love and routinely use the Soften/Melt feature for butter chocolate and other items used in baking. Cleanup inside and out is a breeze If you do manage to make a mess just use a damp washcloth/paper towel and you are good to go for the next use. The exhaust fan with its 4 settings is fantastic. my old unit had two settings loud and horribly loud. Each setting on the from Low to Turbo does a great job of actually exhausting above the stove where the first two setting are very very quiet and the last two while you can hear them they are not obnoxious. I couldnt be happier with the purchase and will recommend to my kids for their remodels.

Honestly I do love your products but Im not satisfied with this microwave this is my second one in a five year span and both have proven to be junk I am at another lose because when I called customer service to tell them the problem I was having they wanted me to pay for a technician to come out to look at my microwave for the cost I could just buy another which I refuse. I would go with a different brand . The first one quit heating and the second one was quite at first and now when In use if makes a horrible sound which now sounds like its gonna die any day. So not a happy customer on this microwave

Very powerful microwave

Very powerful microwave. Although a little bit louder than I expected this microwave performs very very well. We pretty much only use it for heating things up but it does so very well and throughout all the food that we put in a half heated.

We bought this and a few other LG appliances and decided to remodel around them. We are very happy with our decision. As part of our remodeling I had to remove it and re-install it. I reached out to LG for a new template and they responded quickly and sent one. The customer service is great. I highly recommend LG.

Great features quiet and very nice looking.

Installed microwave a month ago and am very pleased with its performance so far. I love the color and that it doesnt show any fingerprints for little hands Love the controls and the microwave is very quiet compared to my last Kitchen Aid.

I love my new microwave. The stainless black color is so perfect in my kitchen and it is a large capacity that makes cooking in it much better. Would recommend this appliance to anyone.

I purchased this microwave and loved the product. However the item kept braking. LG has good service and sends someone out ASAP unfortunately ours was not able to be repaired so they are replacing.

Beautiful but not put together well

This is everything I always imagined except the unit is not fitted together well. Also the lighting is so dim and actually very hot. If I had this purchase to do again I would opt for the more expensive one.

Doesnt work

My microwave has been broken for three months and I keep getting the runaround Im in a black hole vortex with LG. They start to help me then they stop. I will never buy another LG product this is been a bad experience.

Glad I chose this microwave. It looks really nice and works very well. Was a little nervous about purchasing LG compared to my regular GE brand I usually purchase but am pleased so far and am glad I chose this microwave at last minute decision

Junk for sale

This unit looks good. After 10 months of use its true value came on. The control panel operates less than part time. Having paid for a 5 year extended warranty I felt it would be little hassle to repair. Wrong. After two visits by a tech ? from AE I am told it will be another 30 days. HomeDepo says it is AE who says its LG. Meanwhile the customer just waits.

Nice Replacement for My Old Microwave

This is a pretty nice unit by comparison to my old Whirlpool microwave. Same wattage but for some reason it cooks faster. It has a light touch control pad which works quite well without excessive force. I imagine that the buttons will wear well as a result. The multi-speed exhaust fan is a delight. The lower speeds are pleasantly quiet and the high speed does a pretty good job of controlling a large amount of boiling liquids from the stove. The finish appears easy to clean and looks nice. Pretty happy with this one.
